Of development after programs of the school

As a boy grows in an adult, diverse aspects of its verification,the one same emotional and mental one needs the development. In order to help a boy to reach his maximum capacity, is necessary to recognize the development boy needs and capacities. To be effective, after programs of the school it must attend

children with tasks that must obtain during each stage of the development.

The curve of growth of a boy can be divided in three main portions:

1) young young person (ages 3-5)

2) secondary school (ages 6-8)

3) one more a older school (ages 9-12)

The four important dominions of the development are: The physical dominion,Social dominion, the emotional dominion and the intellectual dominion. Each of these dominions separately need to be treated during the several phases

of the growth of a boy. After school the programs must concentrate ignitiondeveloping each dominion like applicable at the age of the boy. Although the children who participate in these programs can have of similar development the needs and the age, do not hope that the development is uniform. The childrento become as they are ready.

Physical dominion:

When the children are young, they want to perfect the abilities that they hardly have

it learned to control. A variety of movements such as jump, catch and

enchants sending them. The boy of the secondary school, on the one hand, wants

in order to learn more complex skills and to obtain implied in equipment sports. This is also

the best time to learn on rules and discipline in sport. Oldest

the student is ready for more adult-like the activities than they need major

to structure and disciplines, as the dance, gymnastics, the classes of music etc.

Social dominion:

The young children are observing others and will be interested in the games where

they play the roles of the members of family. They develop friendships in the short term

and to need the presence an adult to assure them. The boy of the secondary school is

intrigued by the society and he will love trips the factories, buildings public

etc. They want to know “how” and “because” of things. The oldest school

the boy is ready to learn on diverse cultures, food and customs. They

to want to also make a certain amount of social work.

Intellectual dominion:

The young students will practice what they are learning. Secondary school

the children want to learn more skills and will demonstrate interest in the reading,

solution of the drama and problems. The least students are ready to investigate

and test end. They enjoy obtaining of a puzzle and reflecting envelope he.

Any after the program of the school needs to deal with the interests the boy being depended

in the category it belongs a. To know the children in its program and

the appreciation of its needs and interests will help the personnel to glide and

to structure the programs that are most useful to that group.
